Zati

Grant packets that arrive ready for a person to approve

Grant consultancies spend recurring effort on work that is not writing: comparing funder guidelines against an approved narrative, finding which claims lack support, chasing a program output count only the client knows. In a hands-on Zati workshop, you configure AI workers around that work yourself, so a packet can arrive with its checklist, its sources and its open questions already visible.

Start with something useful. Keep it either way.

Your first conversation with David is free. You receive an audit of your website's SEO, AEO and GEO, a preview of how a redesign could look, and a demo of what we could build for a consultancy like yours.

Bring a grant packet you already know the answer to — the funder guidelines, the approved narrative and the checklist you built by hand. We will discuss where reviewers lose time, how client information reaches you, and which job would benefit from an AI worker first. You keep the audit report and redesign preview whether or not you book a workshop. No strings attached.

What we build with you

A website clients and funders can find and understand

Use the audit to improve your technical SEO, service pages, mobile experience and contact path. AEO and GEO work makes your service descriptions and funding-track expertise clearer and easier for answer engines to access and interpret — useful when a prospective client asks an assistant which consultancies do what.

We redesign the agreed pages with you and show you how to update them. You learn the process behind the changes, so the next improvement does not have to become another development project.

A voice agent for your intake calls

Set up an xAI voice agent around your business information, common questions and the details you need from a prospective client: track, deadline, current pipeline. Work through the call flow together and test what happens when the agent needs a person.

We agree on any booking, quotation, transfer or connected-tool action before including it. Your consultancy decides what can be handled automatically and what needs your confirmation.

An AI-worker organization with clear responsibilities

Give workers useful jobs: compare guidelines against a narrative, assemble a claim-to-source index, or prepare an information request. We design the roles, instructions, context and handoffs using Zati, Muse or GrokBot where the selected platform suits your work. A starting configuration might include:

  • A guideline reviewer — reads the supplied funder guidelines and the approved narrative, and returns a requirements checklist with each item marked met, unsupported or unverified.
  • An evidence preparer — builds a claim-to-source index from approved program updates and supplied documents, and lists the evidence questions still open.
  • A packet assembler — compares the funder's attachment list against available files and returns a document inventory with version questions.

We also create workers to help maintain SEO, AEO and GEO: review service pages, identify gaps, suggest updates and prepare changes for your review. You practice asking for work and improving instructions through conversation.

The skills to keep it working

You do the work alongside David. Practice changing information, reviewing an agent's output, spotting a mistake and making the next improvement yourself.

We finish with you operating the agreed setup and explaining how to maintain it. You keep your accounts, the operating guidance and a practical routine for checking and improving the work.

A prospective weekly packet workflow

Imagine a Monday-morning brief, configured around one live deadline. The guideline reviewer returns the compliance and unsupported-claim checklist. The evidence preparer attaches the claim-to-source index and the open evidence questions. The assembler returns the attachment inventory with version questions. Each step records what was checked, what was requested and what still prevents acceptance — and the work pauses with the question attached rather than guessing a figure into the narrative. Your account lead decides what goes to the funder.

This is a scoped example we would build with you, not a claim about an existing client deployment.

Where your consultants decide

Program facts, reporting obligations and funder-facing commitments stay with people. Your consultants confirm the output counts, resolve date conflicts and approve every release to a funder. A worker can prepare an exception list; only the account lead can decide how a reporting date is reconciled.

Questions before you begin

Can we really do most things through conversation?

That is how we teach everyday operation: ask a worker for a task, review its work, update information and refine instructions through conversation. We also show you which settings and checks need direct attention in the selected tools.

Can it use the tools we already run?

Bring your tracker, document repository and client system to the call. We will work through what connections, access and permissions a given responsibility needs. Zati, Muse and GrokBot are alternative tool choices rather than automatically interoperable platforms.

Can you guarantee rankings or AI citations?

No. We improve the agreed pages and create a maintenance process; search and answer engines determine their own results.
